Sarah Lajeunesse is a certified and award-winning coach, women’s and youth leadership mentor, international speaker, and shame healer who helps people move out of old feelings of inadequacy and into new patterns of growth, so they be who they were meant to become.
Sarah has worked with and supported hundreds of individuals spanning several countries around the world ranging in age from their teens to their sixties, and has spoken to audiences in Canada, the U.S. and Europe on the ways that disempowering emotions and a lost sense of identity can inhibit the most incredible and capable people from being able to see themselves clearly, from answering the call to their deepest yearnings, and from living their larger lives.
In addition to her private practice, Sarah’s passion for empowering future leaders to take a stance on social justice issues led her to becoming the youth leadership coach for the Pathy Foundation Fellowship where she supports change-makers from across Canada foster sustainable and positive social change within their communities and around the world. Previously, Sarah supported some of the world's most iconic brands and purpose-driven companies like Microsoft Global Philanthropies, Microsoft India, Nike Inc., and Bell Media strengthen their corporate social responsibility initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Whether working with youth, adults, or organizations, Sarah’s message is rooted in the belief that within each of us exists unique talents, extraordinary gifts, and qualities of genius that are bursting at the seams and waiting to be invoked, so we can love and serve more deeply and live the larger version of our lives. We are living in a time in which we are being invited into new evolutions of being, to move past outdated feelings of inadequacy that no longer serve us, and to become the change that makes the change that our families, our communities, and our world so desperately needs.
